The AWSI-v700-SC-200-Tip-Sort two class check-weigh and sorting systems are fast becoming the industry standard where accuracy and trouble free operation are needed. With either an input slide chute, or a conveyor delivering the bags to the system, the AWSI-v700-SC-2CW-200-Tip-Sort will yield years of trouble free service in any application.

The operation of the system is simple and straightforward. The part is delivered to the input section of the system via an input slide chute, then moved to the scale hopper, weighed, and if CORRECT is moved off the scale with a tip of the scale hopper for further processing. If the AWSI-v700-SC Set-point Controller determines the missing a part, the pre-selected acceptable limits causes a tip of the scale hopper in the other direction which moves it into the customer provided reject container or conveyor.

AWSI-v700-SC-200 Tip-Right, Tip-Left System

This system is for heavier bags of parts in the range of 5 lbs to 10 lbs. The parts bags are dropped onto an intermediate surface and then pushed to the scale tip-pan as soon as the scale has finished weighing and sorting the previous weighment.

Depending upon the size of the smallest part in the bag, up to 15 bags per minute is possible with the high level of accuracy for which ADVANCE WEIGHT SYSTEMS, Inc. is famous. As an example, a missing 10-32 nut can be detected in a bag of parts with a total weight of 2000 grams at 15 bags per minute.

This system is for lighter to medium bags of parts in the range of ½ lbs to 5 lbs. The parts bags are dropped directly on to the scale tip-pan, and then weighed and sorted, Good to the front, and bad to the side. (Choose either sort to the right or sort to the left when ordering)

Depending upon the size of the smallest part in the bag, up to 25 bags per minute is possible with the high level of accuracy for which ADVANCE WEIGHT SYSTEMS is famous. As an example, using the AWSI-203 weigh-cell, a part as small as 200 milligrams can be detected in a bag of parts with a total weight of 500 grams at 25 bags per minute.

All systems of this type are mounted using the AWSI System Base Bench: The Base is welded, heavy wall, square steel tubing. It is sand filled to dampen external vibrations and gives an extremely stable base for accurate, high speed weighing.
